Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their condition, properties, and functionality.

General Information

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please do not return the merchandise to us cash on delivery.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
